MOWTECH Reaper X Demo Program

Put the Reaper X to work before you buy. Our contractor demo program gives you the opportunity to test a MOWTECH Reaper X in real working conditions before making your purchase decision.

1. Booking Your Demo

Select the Reaper X model you would like to demo and choose an available booking period using our online calendar.

A $200 refundable booking and security deposit is required at the time of booking. Your selected dates are not secured until the deposit has been successfully paid.

Demo bookings are available Monday to Friday only for a maximum period of 5 days.

The Reaper X Demo Program is intended for professional lawn contractors, commercial operators and genuine prospective customers.

2. Identification

A valid Australian driver's licence must be provided before the mower can be released.

The person collecting the mower must match the booking details. MOWTECH or the collection location may request additional identification if required.

3. Collection Location

The mower will be inspected prior to collection and supplied in operating condition.

Customers are responsible for arranging suitable and safe transport for the mower.

4. Using the Demo Mower

The Reaper X Demo Program is designed to allow contractors to experience the mower in genuine working conditions.

The mower must be operated responsibly, safely and only for its intended purpose.

The mower must not be loaned, hired, transferred or provided to another person or business during the demo period without prior approval from MOWTECH.

5. Returning the Mower

The mower must be returned to the same collection location by the agreed return date.

The mower must be returned in good working condition and reasonably clean.

Please remove excessive grass, mud, clippings, debris and other material before returning the mower.

6. $200 Refundable Deposit

Normal signs of use are expected. The purpose of this condition is to cover damage, misuse, neglect or excessive cleaning requirements — not normal wear from a genuine demonstration.

If the cost of repairs, replacement parts, cleaning or loss exceeds the value of the $200 deposit, the customer may be responsible for the additional amount.

7. Late Returns

Our demo units are limited and may be booked by another contractor immediately after your booking.

For this reason, the mower must be returned by the agreed return date and within business hours.

Late returns may result in some or all of the deposit being forfeited and may affect your eligibility for future demo bookings.

8. Cancellations & No-Shows

If you are unable to collect the mower on your booked date, please contact us as early as possible.

Failure to attend your booking without notice may result in the loss of some or all of your deposit, as the mower has been reserved exclusively for you and may have prevented another contractor from booking those dates.

Repeated cancellations or failure to collect booked equipment may result in future demo requests being declined.

9. Damage, Loss or Theft

The customer is responsible for the mower while it is in their possession.

Any damage, mechanical issue, loss or theft must be reported immediately.

The $200 deposit does not necessarily limit the customer's liability to $200 where the mower is seriously damaged, lost or stolen while in their possession.

10. Demo Availability

Reaper X demo units are limited and all bookings are subject to availability.

MOWTECH reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking where a mower becomes unavailable due to servicing, damage, a late return from a previous customer or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Agreement

By completing a Reaper X demo booking and paying the $200 deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Demo Program Terms.

MOWTECH reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
