William — Co-Founder, Sales & Mower Expert
William lives and breathes mowers. With a passion for machinery and years spent pulling things apart, improving them, and putting them back together better than before, William brings the mechanical brain of the business.
As the operator of Rosebud Mowers & Chainsaws, he has sold, serviced and repaired thousands of machines, giving him firsthand insight into what works, what fails, and what every mower should be. His knowledge, obsession with improvement, and love for the industry drive the engineering and product decisions behind every Mowtech model.
Nicole — Co-Founder & Operations, E-Commerce & Customer Experience
Nicole is the engine room that keeps MOWTECH running behind the scenes. She manages e-commerce, websites, marketing, customer service, branding, and the day-to-day organisation that keeps everything moving.
Working alongside William, Nicole focuses on the customer experience and the MOWTECH brand. If you’ve visited the website, spoken to support, or seen MOWTECH online, there’s a good chance Nicole had a hand in it.
Her focus is simple: creating a smooth customer journey from first click to final delivery.
