Shipping policy
Mowtech mowers are shipped Australia-wide using freight carriers experienced in handling commercial equipment. All units are crated for protection during transit.
Shipping Options & Rates

| Depot Delivery (Recommended) | Your mower will be shipped to your nearest participating freight transport depot. You will receive pickup instructions once it arrives. | $500 Australia-wide |
| Home Delivery | Your mower is delivered to your home or job site. Requires suitable access for a tail-lift truck. | $800 Australia-wide |
Depot delivery is the most affordable and reliable option, especially for rural and regional areas.
Dispatch & Handling Time
All Mowtech mowers are pre-delivery inspected and crated prior to dispatch.
Handling time: 4–5 business days from order confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Shipping time varies by location and freight carrier schedules.
Estimated transit time: 7–10 business days
(Allow additional time for remote and regional locations.)
You will receive:

Tracking confirmation once your order leaves our warehouse

Notification when your shipment arrives at your selected depot
Receiving Your Mower
Depot Pickup

Bring photo ID and your tracking reference

Mower will be loaded onto your vehicle via forklift at the depot
(UTE, trailer or van required — depot staff cannot tie loads down)
Home Delivery

Access must allow a medium rigid truck with tail-lift

Delivery is to the driveway only (no onsite maneuvering or placement)
Damage in Transit
Please inspect your crate upon arrival.
If damage is visible:

Refuse the delivery, and
